1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rlkgton (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

Rlkgton is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this App.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Rlkgton App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.1 License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. User Content

Rlkgton allows you to create custom puzzles using images from your device's gallery or camera. You retain all rights to your original content.

4.1 Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of any photos or images you upload to create puzzles
• All custom puzzles you create remain your property
• Your content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers

4.2 Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure that:

• You own the rights to any images you use or have permission to use them
• Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5. In-App Purchases

Rlkgton offers the ability to purchase virtual coins that can be used to unlock premium features and content within the App.

5.1 Purchase Terms

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Coins are non-transferable and cannot be sold or traded

5.2 Refund Policy

All purchases are handled by Apple. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rlkgton and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Movie Content

Rlkgton features puzzles based on movie posters and content. All movie-related imagery, titles, and content remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Rlkgton does not claim ownership of any third-party content featured in the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rlkgton and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Loss of goodwill
• Business interruption
• Any other intangible losses

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rlkgton and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you create using the App

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete the App from your device
• Any purchased coins will be forfeited

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rlkgton regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
